Seattle (and maybe some other communities) crowd-sources good Samaritans by giving out Narcan for free in case you come across someone in the throes of a opiod. I was astonished that this is the depth of the opiod crisis.
Yeah, it was pretty bad here for several years (may still be?) but our health department here gives out free narcsn as well
